Our service call rate includes a trip and up to an hour of work to troubleshoot and repair or install. Time starts once tools come off the truck and enter your home. Some service calls take 5 minutes and some could take up to the whole hour. We know when we get there 99% of the time how long something may take. Materials are additional and are not included.
